Virtual Driver Trainer

At  First Student , our Virtual Trainers play a crucial role in delivering training and onboarding programs remotely. Specializing in virtual training delivery, this role is responsible for providing comprehensive training to CDL drivers, field trainers, and other safety roles using online platforms and virtual classroom environments.

Major Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training sessions to new and current operators and field training teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop engaging and interactive training content, collaborating with training & onboarding teams to continuously improve programs and materials.
• Utilize various online platforms and tools to create immersive learning experiences for trainees.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in virtual training delivery.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in virtual training sessions.
