What are the responsibilities and job description for the FirstAlt Business Support Rep l, Safety and Risk Specialist - Remote position at First Student | First Transit?

Primary Responsibilities:
- Incident/Accident/Complaints
- Driver statements
- Incident/accident investigation
- Riskonnect
- Insurance payouts
- Driver/TP re-education
- Insurance/Claims
- Coordinating all insurance claims, payouts, etc.
- Works closely with corporate risk team
- Develops SOPs, etc.
- Safety
- Safeguard First Student compliances and standards. Promote safety standards and provide materials necessary to ensure everyone's safety.
This is a Remote Position.
Minimum Experience or Skills Required:
- 5 years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
