Hourly Wage of $26/HR

Major Responsibilities

• Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needs
• Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and education
• Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants
• Informing applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and duties
• Hiring or referring qualified applicants for the employer
• Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
• Keeping process paperwork and employment records

Minimum Education or Certifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

• Confidentiality and discretion required; excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly in personnel management; strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software; strong attention to detail; minimum one year experience in a payroll environment
• Problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to verbally communicate with passengers, Drivers, Dispatchers and Road Supervisors including use of a 2-way radio and PA system effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including drivers, customers, management, client representatives, union officials, and public.
• Work extended hours regularly, including weekends and holidays to meet the business needs.
• Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
