About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at First Student. As a Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our passengers by performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Performing regular maintenance tasks on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with our vehicles
- Assisting with mobile emergency services as needed
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
- A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided)
- A mechanic's tool set
What We Offer
- $29.90 - $35.52 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- $2,500 Sign on Bonus (conditions apply)
- ASE incentive of $.40/hour for each relevant ASE obtained
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, full-time shift
- Annual allowances for boots and prescription safety glasses
Salary : $30 - $36
