A Day in the Life of a School Bus Driver
As a School Bus Driver for First Student, your day will begin with a thorough pre-trip inspection of your vehicle to ensure it is safe and ready for the road. You will then pick up students at designated locations and transport them safely and efficiently to their destinations. Throughout the day, you will work closely with our industry-leading technology to navigate daily routes and prioritize vehicle maintenance. In addition to transporting students, you will also provide support to them by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need good verbal communication skills, a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, and be at least 21 years old.
