Salary Information
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $33-$35 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can earn an extra $0.25 per hour for each ASE certification you possess or obtain.
About the Job
You will schedule and perform school bus fleet maintenance, diagnose complex problems, and maintain service records. Your duties may include supervising technicians, generating work orders, tracking progress, and maintaining advanced knowledge of vehicle components.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required, and you must be willing to obtain a CDL while employed.
- At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance and repair experience or technical school education is necessary.
- Prior experience as a lead technician, supervisor, or in a management role is preferred.
