This role requires a valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a CDL while employed. We train our employees to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance and repair experience or technical school education. Previous experience in a lead technician, supervisor, or other management role is preferred. Possession of a mechanic's tool set is also required.
