School Bus Fleet Maintenance Opportunity
We are hiring a Shop Foreman - Lead Diesel Mechanic for our shop serving the Saugerties Central School District. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus.* You will be responsible for scheduling and performing maintenance on a fleet of school buses, including Big Buses, Mini-Buses, Wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and Caravans/Suburbans.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of all vehicle components to effectively diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor shop operational performance and efficiency, taking action to improve as needed.
You will work Monday-Friday with a full-time shift schedule and consistent, year-round work. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Paid holidays and vacation time are also included.
