- Job Description Summary Responsible for overseeing the Company's global income tax function, including income tax compliance, accounting for income taxes, tax planning, and tax examination defense. Work closely with the accounting and finance teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure tax filings are accurate, timely, and in line with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for helping identify, evaluate, recommend and implement tax planning strategies to maximize tax efficiency and optimize financial performance. This position will work very closely with our outside tax consultants PwC in performing duties.
