The Parts Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely availability of parts. Key responsibilities include:
- Stocking and organizing parts
- Conducting price and quality surveys
- Providing counter service to internal teams
- Keeping the parts room clean and organized
- Maintaining accurate records and generating reports as needed
- Ordering special (non-stock) parts for repairs
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as necessary
- Valid Driver’s License required
- High School Diploma or GED (Technical training preferred)
- Previous experience in a vehicle parts room and inventory management required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Must pass a drug screening
