First Student is seeking an experienced School Transportation Operations Director to oversee the maintenance and repair of our school bus fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex problems, and maintaining service records. Additionally, you will supervise technicians in the shop, generate work orders, and track progress through completion.
