About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Shop Foreman / Lead Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing fleet maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex problems, and maintaining service records.
Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $28 - $30 per hour, plus an additional $0.25 per hour for each ASE certification you possess or obtain. You will also receive a $1,500 Sign on Bonus (conditions apply).

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience or technical school education
- Valid driver's license required; Willingness to obtain CDL while employed
- Possess a mechanic's tool set
- Willingness to participate in ASE certification program
