Position : Social Media Coordinator

SUMMARY : The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence and engagement. This role involves creating and curating content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
- Monitor and moderate social media discussions and interactions to maintain a positive brand image.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data insights to optimize social media strategies and content for better results.
- Develop strategies to increase follower engagement and grow the organization's social media presence.
