M-F 8-4:30pm Mechanical Assembly or Machinist experience required!
Based in New Windsor, MD
We are manufacturers of large diameter fans typically used on industrial generators suitable for datacenters, high-rise buildings, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, etc. Our fans are distributed globally and our product has lineage dating back to World War II. All of our components are made from 100% domestic materials. We are located in Carroll County, MD, an easy commute from the Baltimore, Frederick and South Central PA regions.
Responsibilities and Duties
•Follow established safety rules and regulations
•Feed raw materials into production machinery
•Carry out production, inspection, crating and machine operation duties
•Assemble large diameter fans
•Produce parts used in assemblies
•Crate goods to be shipped
•Carry out basic quality and testing checks
•Store raw materials and finished goods properly in our warehouse
•Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to support manufacturing
•Maintain work areas and equipment
•Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
•Effectively monitor production equipment
•Assist other shop technicians and management as necessary
•Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
•Report task activity through computer system
Qualifications and Skills
•Committed to quality, safety and communication
•Team-oriented and self-directed
•High school diploma/GED required
•Strong work ethic and organizational skills
•Able to take direction and work independently to complete the task
•Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 pounds unassisted
•Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
•Reliable mode of transportation
•Knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting
•Ability to accurately read mechanical drawings

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
