Production Supervisor

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our production operations. This critical role will be responsible for leading and managing our production team, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, and meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all production operations: Plan, schedule, and monitor all production activities, including production planning, inventory management, and finished goods delivery.

· Lead and manage the production team: Hire, train, and supervise production personnel, including production workers, supervisors, and technicians. Motivate and empower the team to achieve production goals.

· Optimize production processes: Continuously analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.

· Ensure product quality: Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process. Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.

· Meet production deadlines: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

· Manage inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Implement inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

· Maintain a safe and efficient work environment: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized production facility.

· Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with customer service, supply chain, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

· Develop and implement production budgets: Prepare and monitor production budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

· 5 years of experience in production management or a related role.

· Proven experience in leading and managing production teams.

· Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and other production optimization techniques.

· Experience with production planning and scheduling software. NetSuite experience a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong leadership, motivation, and team-building skill

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
