What You Bring : Experience : 3-5 years in integrated real estate marketing, with agency or PropTech experience a plus.Expertise : Deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, OOH, PR, etc.).Communication Skills : A natural relationship builder who excels at advising and presenting ideas.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Ads, Active Campaign and Airtable.Knowledge of Follow Up Boss is a bonusOrganizational Skills : Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
