We are seeking a motivated, persistent, and detail-oriented Recruiter/Account Manager to join our dynamic team as a Full Desk Staffing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling new target clients as well as sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various platforms and techniques to identify potential candidates. The Full Desk Account Manager/Recruiter will also play a key role in employee orientation ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Cold call/cold drop offs to prospect clients (180 calls per week, 12 in-person drops per week).
- Source and identify candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to match them with suitable positions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems for managing candidate/client information and recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. (clients past, present, and prospect).
- Implement lead generation techniques to build a pipeline of potential candidates AND clients.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Collaborate with the training development team to create effective training programs for new employees.
- Perform cold calling to engage passive candidates and promote job opportunities.
Skills
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of the industry-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software.
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience in employee orientation processes and training development initiatives.
- Ability to generate leads through innovative recruiting strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus weekly commission payout!
