Job Description
The Senior Data Architect provides overall leadership, direction, guidance, and definition of an information architecture that effectively supports the company's data, reporting, and analytics strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Enterprise Data and Analytics product owners, Enterprise Architecture, and engineering teams to establish and align data architecture and naming standards.
- Integrate models appropriately across subject areas and ensure transparency to business stakeholders.
- Capture business rules, data definitions, and functional aspects accurately and appropriately within data models.
- Conceptualize and ensure logical and physical data models incorporate reuse and interoperability in its design and supports EDW BI/Analytics and Master Data Management modeling best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in logical data modeling, physical data modeling, and database design optimization.
- Minimum 5 years' MS SQL experience with strong data modeling background.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise data warehouse architectures, master data management architectures, and methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
- Experience working with Snowflake is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to create collateral to articulate strategy of complex concepts into simple solutions.
- Demonstrated experience translating complex business and technical challenges into logical data models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Target Compensation:
$147k - $158k annually annual bonus
