Primary Responsibilities:

The Recruiter II successfully sources and screens top talent for vacant positions, utilizing multiple channels to access a wide range of potential candidates ensuring a diverse pool of potential applicants. This position also coordinates the offer and hiring of candidates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to provide guidance and education with hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing techniques, compensation, industry trends and new hire on-boarding
- Develop compelling and accurate internal and external job postings across multiple channels to maximize the qualified applicant pool
- Conduct initial interviews and administer assessments to ensure only qualified candidates are referred for department level interviewing
- Maintain timely and regular follow up with candidates and managers to ensure smooth workflow
- Partner with designated HRBP as needed to exchange team insights
- Coordinate candidate offer including pre-employment screens and delivery of comprehensive offer package, including relocation and/or sign-on bonus addendums, as needed
- Support new employee onboarding efforts and administer internal job changes
- Evaluate internal wage equity and make compensation recommendations that support and comply with First Tech's pay philosophy
- Leverage passive candidate resources to develop pools for hard to fill positions as needed
- Ensure sourcing, screening and selection activities are documented and in compliance with state and federal government requirements and credit union policies and procedures
- Coordinate events to increase First Tech brand recognition with a focus on attracting top talent
- Review and leverage data related to recruitment activities to improve effectiveness of recruiting efforts and achieve business objectives
- Assess labor markets and stay current on emerging platforms, trends, and products that may deliver more effective results
- Engage leaders to influence current and future talent acquisition needs. Implement talent acquisition strategy to align with business goals
- Effectively operate with autonomy and discretion, appropriately elevating questions or challenges to leadership or more senior recruiters
Experience and Education Requirement:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields of study) is preferred
- Minimum 3 years' high volume, full-cycle recruiting experience at a mid to large size organization with at least 1,000 employees preferred
- Experience in temporary staffing/contract placement is strongly preferred
- Experience in the financial industry is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks meeting hiring deadlines while producing high-quality work
- Agile and able to manage through rapid change
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to professionally handle sensitive information
- Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ultipro

Location:Hillsboro, OR (HYBRID)
Target Compensation:$65,000 to $78,000 annually annual bonus
