Description
The Senior Marketing Resource Manager is responsible for forecasting, allocation and utilization of shared marketing resources, including creative, project management, digital services, performance media and analytics. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing resource management strategies, workflows and insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.

Job Duties
- Analyze marketing demand, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to align with campaign and project demands and marketing organizational goals.
- Optimize resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, department leads and stakeholders to understand resource requirements for on-going and upcoming projects and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate resource records and documentation including utilization reports and allocation decisions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to improve processes and make proactive decisions to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate, implement and maintain resource management tools, systems and processes to enhance visibility, transparency and efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess and measure the effectiveness of the resource management plan and creative operations.
- Partner with leadership, strategists and finance to ensure marketing budget is forecasted and tracked properly.
- Collaborate with PMO to identify and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
- Align with PMO on the planning and execution of continuous process improvement strategies related to the project management software Adobe Workfront, including new and existing integrations with the project management system (i.e. Workfront)
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in resource and creative operations- related matters, including staffing, skills requirements and talent acquisition.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, championing best practices and driving adoption of new processes and technologies
Essential Skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience in creative resource management and operations within the agency environment
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple resources simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Exceptional cross-functional partnership skills, with experience in client management (internal or externally)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong understanding of the rhythm, timing, and flow required for typical creative projects supporting a consumer marketing organization
- Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and negotiation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in work management systems such as Workfront, Fusion or Asana.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, business administration or a related field) required or equivalent years' experience
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:$125k - $140k annually annual bonus
