What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Program Coordinator position at First Tee-Southeastern New Mexico?
POSITION TITLE: Part Time Program Coordinator
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Executive Director/Program Director

· Coordinate registration, schedules, and plans for after school/summer programs, clinics, trainings, and programs with other youth services organizations and schools
· Assist/lead after school program, including facilitation of class time from drop off to pick up
· Thorough communication with parents via in person relationships, phone calls/texts, email, and mail
· Foster partnerships with the Boys and Girls Club and other youth agencies
· Work with Carlsbad Schools for delivery of the National School
· Recruit and train program staff to assist with after school/summer programs
· Track participants’ information and progress through the First Tee online participant database and maintain accurate records
· Represent the Chapter to the community and aid in marketing, public relations and communication efforts
· Assist in fundraising efforts, including golf tournaments
· Coordinate communication activities for openings, special events, newsletter, printed materials and the website
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
