Education
Bachelor s degree required.
Relevant certification(s) such as World at Work (CCP, GRP or similar) desirable.
Experience
Minimum 5 -8 yrs of direct Compensation and Total Rewards experience in U.S. and Canada. Global experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience with exemption determinations, market analysis and compensation benchmarking.
Preference for dynamic experience working with Sales Incentive Plans strongly preferred, inclusive of the tools and technology to support.
