What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support position at First-Tek Inc?
Job Description:
This is a Customer Support position. The selected performer must have SAP/S4 experience and a great customer service profile. The successful selectee will learn tools such as Oasis for external suppliers and ServiceNow for internal inquiries. Working knowledge of Microsoft products is a must. Working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is a plus. The successful selectee will also have the opportunity to engage in new innovative tools that will deploy this year.
2 days on site are required - Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
A degree is not required but it a plus.
