What are the responsibilities and job description for the ED - Business Analyst position at First Tek, Inc.?
Roles and Responsibilities :
Utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save to specified locations. Validate work order documentation for accuracy.
Monitor shared inboxes, respond or forward emails to the appropriate SME
Perform PowerBi Dashboard Refreshes and validate errors
Assist with document management
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree
Typing 45 WPM
Basic Windows and Microsoft application skills
Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint
Attention to detail and experience analyzing and / or validating information
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs ( PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions
Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Preferred Skills :
Ability to navigate SAP
Power Bi and Power Apps experience
Ability to create visual representations of data in PowerBI
Pay Range :
The pay range for this position is $25.00-$35.40 hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
