HVAC Electrical and Plumbing Technician/Manager
- Supervise Technicians: Oversee and manage the work of HVAC, plumbing and electrical technicians to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical systems.
- System Inspections: Conduct and identify regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. Create and enforce preventive maintenance plans for plumbing systems to prevent leaks, clogs, and other issues. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems to prevent failures and extend equipment life.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components. Identify and resolve plumbing and electrical issues, including wiring, circuit breakers, and other components.
- Compliance: Ensure all HVAC work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards, ensure all plumbing and electrical work adheres to relevant codes
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and equipment.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all maintenance staff.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for senior management.
