Merchandising Operations Specialist
Job Description Key Requirements
Background in operations or project management in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment
Experience working with Airtable or other work management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, etc., and have the willingness to develop an Airtable expertise and keep up with new capabilities
Experience building automations within existing tools or 3P tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Zapier, etc.
Ability to identify gaps and problem solve effectively and intuitively
Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
5 Years of experience
Key Responsibilities
Airtable management
Optimizing Airtables as needed from larger organizational changes including Program/Activation/Roadmap changes, OKR changes, and interfaces
Regular QC and Airtables checks to ensure bases are synced and working as intended between bases, calendars, and cross-functional partners bases (Creative Labs, Globalization, PDP Global)
Manually input or update data and/or set-up automations between Google Docs/Sheets and Airtable (where possible)
Migration of 2025 Airtables to 2026
Keeping Merchandising resources/references and documentation updated:
Cross-Merchandising Library/Hubs (Internal and External)
Playbooks, Strategies, Best Practices, Retrospective, Training Materials, Configs/Levers, Templates
Deck of Decks
Asset Archive
Quarterly Activations Decks
Internal Website (monthly, or as needed with new hires)
Newsletter Support
Creation of newsletter template activation spotlights
Migration of newsletters into email format
Support migrating newsletter into Lewis (Messaging self-serve tooling once available)
Project and General Tracking
Support with intake tracking and routing (including Q&A in Slack channels)
Maintaining automation from Google Docs/Sheet to Airtable for Program/Project tracking and manually updating if needed
Operational Resource tracking – for ROI measurement and capacity planning
Internal Weekly Digest
Work closely with Business Operations to create a weekly share out of highlights across Merchandising and partner team
