Bakken Overview
The Bakken trend is a sequence of liquids-rich sand and shale layers in the Williston Basin, which stretches across western North Dakota and into Canada. The company's position in the Bakken development area is comprised of approximately 560,000 net acres, which include 382,000 net mineral acres and 178,000 net leasehold acres. The company focuses on unconventional tight-oil play development and production in the most prolific portion of the basin.
During 2022, net production averaged 95 MBOED. There were 43 operated wells brought online during 2022, bringing the total to more than 800 operated wells online at year-end.
- Key Accountabilities
" Supports Operations group and ensure that contract obligations and lease agreements are complied with in regards to the scheduling of Meter Test, calibration verification of the Secondary Element, inspection of the Primary Element, and Natural Gas Sampling in accordance with Company Measurement Policies and Procedures.
" Responsible for maintenance and repair of measurement station, and associated equipment including and not limited to EFM (Electronic Flow Meters), meter tubes, composite samplers, radio communications, PD meters, Coriolis meters, and auxiliary pressure transmitters.
" Responsible for scheduling and maintaining various types of measurement equipment as it pertains to the petroleum industry.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
" Entry level, typically 0-3 years of experience.
" Experience in (EFM) Electronic Flow Meter Maintenance
" Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
" Knowledge of Meter Database
" Provides technical and/or administrative support.
" Demonstrates the ability to learn terminology, applications and standard procedures for performing the job function.
" Performs routine, basic office/field tasks using established procedures.
" MS Office
Education: HS Diploma/GED required
Work Schedule : 5-40 Schedule (8Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off
Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
