Project Summary CareFirst is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support its enterprise product management team on multiple lines of businesses / portfolios across FEPOC. CareFirst FEPOC is undergoing a transformation effort into a product focused approach. Essential Functions This resource will assist with developing a framework to measure the maturity of CareFirst's products across multiple workstreams. Top Five Skills Required
- Active SAFe certifications OR the ability to acquire within 1 month of joining the project
- 3 years of Product Management experience (not as a product owner), with strategic experience, long-term vision and road mapping.
- Knowledge of Product Management frameworks
- Experience acting as a Sr. Product Manager supporting a digital product Nice to have skills
- Product Management certifications
- Prior cloud / AWS experience
- Exposure to artificial intelligence and / or machine learning
- Prior healthcare experience
- Experience with Aha.io and Jira. Education Bachelor's
