Maintenance Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team at First Tek in Parma, ID. As a Maintenance Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our maintenance department in various daily operations and office support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the maintenance department in completing daily tasks and office support.
- Confirm daily time entries in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Update and close work orders and notifications upon completion.
- Source suppliers and process invoices.
- Manage the storeroom and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities.
- Manage maintenance PM documents and files.
- Assist the Planner/Scheduler in handling scheduled breaks and material ordering.
Requirements:
- 2 years of office administration experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP or other CMMS systems.
