The Logistics Services (LS) team supports the Corpus Christi Army Depot Army
Depot's Public-Private Partnership (CCAD PPP) contract, the 2nd largest repair and
overhaul contract at Services and Support Operations today. The current Order
Management Specialist workload has increased from 120 transactions a month to 210 a
month. We expect this effort to continue to grow to 250 transactions per month as depot
production increases to meet customer demand. The need is to hire an experienced
Order Management Specialist to help consolidate the workload into one on-site position.
The need for experience and knowledge is desirable for this position, however, there
will be adequate time for specialized training on the roles and responsibilities relating to
this position.
Position Summary
Manages site order processing requirements to achieve division business
objectives and to meet customer performance expectations. Interprets loaded customer
sales orders, identifies discrepancies, implements corrective actions, generates order
closing documents, prepares final paperwork for customer, and ensures that all order
documentation complies with all governing contracts and agreements before the item is
shipped to customer.
Level and Period of Performance
Anticipate requiring one (1) Order Management Specialist for 40 hours weekly for
a period of 1 year. Start date is 1 March 2025. The effort is performed on Naval Air
Station Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi, TX, and the ability to meet base access
standards is required.
