Responsibilities
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for providing inspired leadership for the operation of the branch. Providing training interventions to help meet the organizations strategic goalsby providing the right training to the right people at the right time. Foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction. Implements strategies that increase productivity and efficiency. Encourage bankers not to fall back on their comfort zone when moving to the next level.
Supervise staff
Must perform all CSR duties including teller transactions and opening new accounts
Handle customer issues and concerns
Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels
Help resolve routine procedural and processing issues
Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance evaluations
Ensure location meets all regulatory compliance standards and follows all operating policies and procedures
Maintain overall security of the branch based on bank policy
Oversee building maintenance for location assigned
Demonstrate flexibility with schedule and work week schedule
Performs other duties as assigned by Executive Management
Coach and train employees on policies and procedures
Honor First Texoma National Bank philosophies, policies and expectations regarding core values, customer service, human resource policies and code of conduct and ethics.
Must have a minimum of 2 years branch manager experience with a bank.
