Summary
As a Housekeeper at First Time Cleaning, LLC, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness in a residential setting. This position is essential to our mission of providing SECOND TO NONE service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Basic Housekeeping duties include: dusting, sanitizing surfaces, thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen areas (including dishes), laundry, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Detail cleaning duties include: high dusting ceilings, vents, light covers and ceiling fans for dust and cobwebs, low dusting baseboards and chair rails, wiping down walls, blinds, cabinets, doors and window sills. cleaning kitchen appliances. etc A detail list will be provided
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to client requests for additional services or special needs.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Uphold customer service excellence by being courteous and professional at all times.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be willing to travel outside the Harrisonburg area.
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of residential techniques and products.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with floor care and carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
