What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driving Instructor position at First Time Driver?
Looking for driving instructors who want to make a difference in students lives. We provide a safe and fun working environment. Instructors must remain highly engaged, maintain awareness of surroundings at all times, and instill a sense of confidence in students (and parents alike!) We provide flexible hours, as well as training cars. Paid training to obtain an Occupational License as required by DMV.
Additional requirements:
- Possess valid California drivers license, high school diploma or GED, and social security card.
- Must meet all DMV requirements, including: fingerprint scan, background check, DMV physical, drug testing, and pass a DMV Driving Instructor written test.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Available to work around students schedules.
- Must have the ability to access the internet and possess a smart phone.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
