Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Processes incoming and outgoing wires – foreign and domestic.
- Complete call backs to customers as part of fraud prevention including RFA items.
- Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.
- Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.
- Dresses Professionally.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One or two years of banking experience preferred.
- Strong high school level mathematical skills
- Familiarity with foreign exchange concepts, major currencies and geography preferred.
- Experience in wire transfer application processing such as the FedWire FedLine Wire Transfer System preferred
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel required.
- Operational knowledge of general office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills required by all means of communication including written, verbal and nonverbal communication.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of people.
- Handles situations professionally and welcomes additional responsibilities.
- Learn how to set goals, prioritize and manage time to complete assigned tasks
- Willingness to learn and ask questions about job responsibilities and objectives.
