Major Duties And Responsibilities (essential Functions)
- Performs daily general maintenance duties: including moving furniture, boxes, etc., setting up for special events, rebuilding cubicles, hanging pictures, replacing locks, etc.
- Performs routine preventive maintenance and upkeep (greasing equipment, oiling motors, changing air filters, changing light bulbs, painting, caulking, hanging flags, etc.).
- Responds to service calls from employees
- Delivers supplies to branches or customers as needed.
- Performs electrical repairs such as installing or replacing switches, thermostats, kiosk cameras, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
- Performs carpentry work such as hanging or installing doors and trim, demolishing existing walls, repairing desks, doors, and drawers, and replacing or repairing floor tiles
- Performs plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets and drains, installing faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water heaters, and changes filters for coffee pots, ice makers, etc.
- Performs light janitorial and general clean up duties, such as clean coffee pots, clean‑up spills, toilet overflows, trash and leaf removal
- Performs other job related duties as assigned

Education And Work Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and other general repair skills.
