Duties
As a Nursery Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and engaging with children in the church nursery during church worship services, as well as occasional events and Bible Studies
- Working together with our Children's Director to provide a fun & safe environment for the children in your care.
- Collaborating with parents and staff to support each child's growth and development.
- Maintaining a clean and organized space conducive to learning and play.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:
- Background in childhood development or related fields is highly desirable.
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, schools, or through nannying/babysitting roles.
- Ability to oversee a group of children.
- Knowledge of childcare best practices, including infant care and caregiving techniques.
- A passion for educating young minds and fostering a love for learning in children.
