We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, and emptying trash to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all areas are safe and functional.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide porter services as required, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment within the facility.
Skills
- Experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in commercial and industrial cleaning practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
