*Job Summary*
We are seeking a positive, patient-focused front desk clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will answer questions, schedule appointments, and input patient information into our EMR. You will also be responsible for keeping the patient flow smooth and organized.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Utilize EMR software for patient check-ins and scheduling
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks
- Manage health information and medical records accurately and in compliance with
HIPAA requirements
- Assist with medical office management tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with phone systems and medical administrative support is preferred
