As Treasury Management Sales Officer at First Utah Bank, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain deep relationships with business customers. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business clients for treasury management products and services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to determine appropriate treasury solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with centers of influence to generate referrals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for treasury management clients
- Develop deep understanding of clients' cash flow and financial operations
- Proactively recommend solutions to improve clients' financial efficiency
- Conduct/participate in account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities
- Analyze clients' treasury management needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain expertise in the bank's treasury management products (ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit, etc.)
- Have strong knowledge of banks business deposit products and recommend appropriate solutions
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes
- Well-understand payment risks and recommend risk mitigation solutions that benefit both the bank and the business client
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver customized treasury and deposit products
- Educate clients on all treasury management related agreements and execute agreements ahead of implementation
- Coordinate with implementation personnel to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Resolve service issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel
- Provide training to clients on treasury management systems and services
- Ensure timely follow-up on all client requests and inquiries
- Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury management services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional banking products
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability
- Monitor and grow wallet share within existing client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Document sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and account strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and activity metrics
- Partner with relationship managers and other lines of business
- Participate in strategy sessions and sales meetings
- Share best practices and treasury product knowledge with colleagues

Required Experience
- 5 years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process and deposit pricing philosophy
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and external centers of influence (COI)
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities
