Responsibilities
Music:
- Play music tailored to each event, considering client preferences and guest dynamics.
- Adapt to crowd energy and needs to make on the spot music adjustments.
Equipment:
- Set up, test, operate, and break down all DJ equipment.
- Assist with set up and breakdown of Photo Booth or other team needs.
Client Experience:
- Partner with event staff to guarantee seamless execution.
- Create unique and fun moments at events that clients will cherish and remember.
Entertainment:
- Emcee and make announcements as required, keeping the energy and engagement alive.
- Strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements
Experience:
- No prior experience necessary. DJ and Event experience preferred.
- Proficiency with DJ software and equipment (Serato, Pioneer, Virtual DJ).
- Proficient in emcee services and able to speak in front of large crowds.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand/walk up to 6-12 hours.
- Able to set up and break down equipment.
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills and professionalism.
- Able to work nights and weekends. Most available Friday – Sunday.
Education:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Attend all on-site training and event support bookings.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 12 per week
