Property Management company is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for an apartment community.
Must be knowledgeable in all phases of apartment maintenance and skilled in multiple trades, including: plumbing, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair, electrical repair, HVAC fundamentals, and pool & spa maintenance.
Effectively perform duties required in the apartment turn-over process.
Skill sets necessary in performing work order service requests and other general maintenance requests.
Applicant must have good customer service skills with attention to detail.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for this position.
Must pass drug screening process and a background check.
