What You Will Do:
- PTIM Product and Services Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- PTIM Product and Services new initiatives prioritization and support.
- Trust Support assistance for issues requiring exceptions or escalation.
- Work with stakeholders directly to understand business requirements and match with appropriate business solutions.
- Lead process and procedure design and delivery (identify, document, train).
- Change Management field integration coordination.
- Work with HC, support PC procedures training design and delivery.
- Assist with PC audit finding remediations.
- Design, implement and support ongoing monitoring and analysis of solutions to ensure successful implementation.
- PTIM ETE Process Champion.
- Coordinate with Product Management, review 3rd party tools for improved process and deliver improvement.
- Support effective process and information flow between PC/PG/TS.
- Lead multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Self-starter, exceptional communication
- Training, development and managing of teammates
