What You Will Do:
- Supervise Helpdesk technical support and onsite help/remediation on as needed basis
- Develop helpdesk staff to ensure talent and training of staff keeps pace with strategic needs of the Company
- Supports and maintains end-user activities in Company systems and network and partner with ISO, Data Governance Group, and Human Capital to ensure compliance with information security best practices for on, and off boarding and all related provisioning of access entitlements
- Investigate user problems and identifies their source, determines possible solutions, tests and implements solutions.
- Performs highly complex operational support duties, inclusive of the timely and accurate review and processing of periodic requests.
- Independently prioritizes personal tasks in order to meet deadlines with consistency. Works at a team level to ensure SLA adherence.
- Provides department-level support to the broad organization, acting as the first point of escalation and interacting with internal leaders to produce solutions and/or results.
- Trains associates on established policies and procedures. Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to as defined by management.
- Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization.
- General knowledge and understanding of the financial services and/or information technology industries is required.
- Strong social and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to influence others effectively is required
- Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Resiliency and ability to work in a highly time-sensitive environment.
- Adaptability and comfort with periodic change.
- Ability to work independently to gather information.
- Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements.
