What You Will Do :
- Executing the corporate business plan
- Responsible for the management, recruitment, and retention of a staff comprised of various financial professionals including bankers, relationship managers, investment and trust associates, and support staff
- Leading the local sales teams to achieve corporate growth and revenue goals, with strong focus on sales management and calling efforts for clients, prospects, and centers of influence
- Responsible for individual, team loan, deposit and trust / investment production goals
- Responsible for client relationship servicing, expansion, and retention
- Ensuring strong risk and portfolio management practices and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Representing the bank in the community by attending and supporting various community causes and activities
- Planning and implementing local marketing activities to achieve corporate goals
- Collaborating with product group associates to enhance client relationships
- Leads the organization at client functions and events
