What You Will Do :
- May include management of a team of Associates.
- Assists Chief Credit Officer (CCO) with preparing timely reporting to Executive Management and Board of Directors. Assists in the overall administration of Credit Administration.
- Design and manage comprehensive self-testing and quality control around Credit Administration key controls.
- Coordinate multiple portfolio review processes. Ensures review processes are capturing targeted loans.
- Timely completion of special projects as directed by the CCO. This may include ad-hoc reporting and portfolio analytics.
- Maintain knowledge on FIS programs, UCC searches, Treasury Management products, loan boarding practices, and participation
- Improve delinquent property tax and insurance reporting.
- Learn new Baker Hill Underwriting platform and become a subject matter expert and resource to answer questions about the system.
- Preparing, reviewing, and recommending changes to credit policies and procedures. Responsible for obtaining Board approval of revised and new policies, as well as annual reviews of policies.
- Responsible for maintenance of underwriting templates and other internal documents. Update quarterly interest rate sensitivity analyses.
- Coordinate periodic updates to Front-End Guidance.
- Manage internal and external exams.
- Manage vendor compliance.
What You Bring :
Education Level Education Details Required / Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent from a four-year college. Required
Experience Level Experience Details Required / Preferred
5-7 years Experience and / or training of the equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
5-7 years Managed teams of at least three Associates Preferred
