As a Training and Development Lead at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Human Capital team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do :

• Analyze company-wide learning needs to design, develop, and propose effective training solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of eLearning courses and materials using a variety of mediums and strategies.
• Guides subject matter experts to implement and deliver training within their areas of expertise.
• Foster engagement, through a strong learning culture. Help First Western to be identified as a great place to work.
• Expand on existing training / on-boarding to allow new-hires maximum success.
• Assist managers with identifying associate / candidate competency gaps and develop training plans / programs to meet them.
• Partner with outside vendors to meet the training and development needs of the organization.
• Support administrative functions for managing and maintaining learning platforms (e.g. BVS, LinkedIn Learning).
• Collect feedback on learning initiatives and help Human Capital with data collection via survey creation and analysis.
