What You Will Do :
- Analyze company-wide learning needs to design, develop, and propose effective training solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of eLearning courses and materials using a variety of mediums and strategies.
- Guides subject matter experts to implement and deliver training within their areas of expertise.
- Foster engagement, through a strong learning culture. Help First Western to be identified as a great place to work.
- Expand on existing training / on-boarding to allow new-hires maximum success.
- Assist managers with identifying associate / candidate competency gaps and develop training plans / programs to meet them.
- Partner with outside vendors to meet the training and development needs of the organization.
- Support administrative functions for managing and maintaining learning platforms (e.g. BVS, LinkedIn Learning).
- Collect feedback on learning initiatives and help Human Capital with data collection via survey creation and analysis.
