Defining Data Policies and Standards
Roles and Responsibilities
Data Quality Management & Practices
Meta Data Management
Master Data Management
Define COE Metrics to measure business impact
2 Modernization Strategy
Road Map development for Moving Legacy systems to Fabric
Pilot Migration of one legacy system
Expanding this to other systems
3 Advanced Analytics (AI / ML)
Identify usecases for Advanced Analytics
Develop plan for building ML Models
Pilot Model and Analytics Development
