What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the loan process from start to finish — gathering paperwork, tracking deadlines, and keeping everyone in the loop- making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Managing and tracking our CRM system to ensure information is accurate and communications are being delivered consistently and effectively.
- Co-planning and coordinating client appreciation events, seminars and workshops, and other events to develop business and maintain partnerships.
- Learning the ins and outs of the mortgage process so you can anticipate needs and provide top-notch support.
- Pitching in on social media posts and marketing materials (bonus if you know Canva!).
- Organizing the office to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Being a reliable teammate who’s willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
