Summary

As a Personal Banker at FirstBank, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional banking services to our clients. Located in one of our strategically placed branches in Florida, you will contribute to our mission of providing customized financial solutions while fostering lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their banking needs by providing personalized service and financial advice.
• Process transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts and processing loans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize financial software to track account activity and provide insights to clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about bank products and services to effectively promote them.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash handling and customer service within a banking or financial environment.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing and account management.
• Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with financial software applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance goals.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and services is preferred.
