- Assist with bilingual English and client services inquiries

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English and bilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with sales techniques and cash-handling procedures is a plus
- Strong client service skills and the ability to navigate through various systems
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
